Getting started

1. Install App Stack Doctor from the Shopify App Store.
2. Open the app from your Shopify admin and click Scan my store.
3. If your store is password protected, enter the storefront password when asked (Online Store → Preferences). It's used for that scan only and never stored.

Fixing an issue

Before editing theme code, make a backup: in your Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes, click ⋯ next to your live theme and choose Duplicate. Then open Edit code, go to the file and line shown in your report, and remove the leftover code. Run a new scan to confirm it's gone.

Billing

Pro is billed through Shopify at $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling the app — you won't be charged again.
